Service Description

We provide bespoke fragrance design services, including but not limited to custom perfume creation, aromatic consultations, home scent products, and event-specific fragrance development.

Appointments and Scheduling

• All consultations must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.
• We require 48 hours notice for rescheduling appointments.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened session times without price adjustment.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a $50 fee.

Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% is required to begin custom fragrance projects.
• Final payment is due upon delivery of completed fragrances.
• We accept major credit cards, cash, and certified checks.
• Payment plans are available for orders over $400 with approved credit.

Project Timelines

Custom fragrance creation typically requires 4-8 weeks from initial consultation to final delivery. We will provide estimated completion dates and keep you informed throughout the process.

Intellectual Property

The formulations and recipes created for your custom fragrance remain our intellectual property. However, you receive full ownership of the physical product you've purchased.

Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee that every custom fragrance is crafted with care using quality ingredients. Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer revision rounds to refine your creation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
