At Scent Alchemy Studio, we want every fragrance creation experience to be exceptional. Below is our refund and return policy designed to ensure your satisfaction.
We stand behind the quality of our custom fragrances. Each bespoke creation includes multiple revision rounds during development to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final product.
Completed Fragrances: Due to the personalized nature of our custom fragrances, completed products that have been approved by the client are non-refundable once delivered. We encourage thorough testing during the revision process before final approval.
Consultations and Consultations-Only Services: Fees for consultation sessions may be refunded if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours may be rescheduled but are not eligible for refunds.
If your custom fragrance arrives damaged or with defects in the product itself (not the scent formulation), please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We'll arrange for a replacement or store credit at no additional charge.
In cases where refunds may not apply, we often offer store credit that can be applied to future services or products. Store credits never expire and can be shared with family members or friends.
